Looking for at least bedroom house or mobile not in park to rent or rent to own or if you have something we can buy with small down. Must be within 30 min from Lewiston ID. doesn't matter if its in WA or not. We can afford about 1200 a month for house payments. Must have fenced yard and tack pets. We are a family of two adults and 4 kids. Will to give it some tlc if needed not a problem. He is a logger an his boss is going back to lewiston and we would like to go with so he can keep his job.
