leasing a 4 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms , approximately 1500 square feet, this unit has 4 nice sized bedrooms with a an open living and dining area, large kitchen and a medium sized deck accessible from the dining area.
Lease starts August 1st thru May 13th 2019
this apartment occupies the complete upstairs of the Triplex, approximately 1500 sq ft in size , this is in a nice spot , located on a cul-de-sac close to bus stops , Dissmores grocery store, Jefferson elementary and Pullman high school .
Walking to most places on WSU is around 20 min .
This is a very well maintained apartment with a recent renovations on the kitchen and bathrooms .
Comes with Washer / dryer
this is a great deal for a family, or if you split the rent among a few roommates , just think you could get your cost down as low as 325.00 per person ,
This is a triplex and we request that tenets maintain a quiet property in consideration for each other .
This no pets property as there is no yard area and it is not suitable for animals.
Water ,sewer , garbage paid .

Also these are smoke and drug free units, there is no smoking any substance or growing of marijuana on the property , this is not a party place .
if you are looking good quiet place to live and a landlord who cares about their property we could be a good match.
if you are in to throwing party's, doing drugs , loud music and don't care about the condition of where you live , there are other properties and landlords who will be a much better fit for you .
Renting process is as follows
1. once prospective tenets agree to rent the property , the lease needs to be signed at which time the first month's rent of 1300.00 is paid , then they need to go through the tenet screening process , the fee is 33.00 per adult living in the unit and 43.00 for married couples , tenets are responsible for screening costs . upon successful approval from the tenet screening service, we will deduct the screening cost from the first month's rent . Lease is contingent on approval of tenet screening.
2. at move in when tenet receives keys and the check in sheet and pays the damage deposit which is 1300.00 , 200.00 of which is not refundable and is for carpet cleaning fees .
we have tight check in and check out procedures, we give the tenet the property in very clean working condition and we document this with check-in sheets and photos, at time of check out when lease is finished we expect the property to be returned to our care is the same condition that it was received minus normal wear, we love to be able to give the full damage deposit back for those who return it to us in the condition we gave it to them.
also if you are renting as group , there will need to be a lead signer on the lease who is responsible for payment of rent on time and returning the property back to us at end of lease in good condition , if you haven't rented with roommates before do a bit of research on best practices.
