This secluded four-bedroom (one bed is in the basement, non-egress) spacious house has two bathrooms (one with a claw tub and roof skylight) and is right next to downtown Colfax, WA. Pretty close to shopping and school. There is plenty of room for storage in the basement including a shop. Enjoy your morning coffee on a large private deck. Plenty of parking on the street. The surrounding trees offer great privacy and the backyard provides a chicken coop and plenty of room for your pets (not a fully fenced yard but its on the hill). The kitchen has newer appliances. Washer and dryer included. I will add more pictures in a couple of weeks.

The rent is $2100/m, deposit $2100 + Rental application $40/adult. Pets can be allowed with a non-refundable deposit depending on your pet.
