We have a 1964 Kit HS 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom mobile home with a big fenced in backyard up for sale. It did just suffer a fire but only part of the living room was affected with the rest of the home only needing cleanup from smoke damage. Appliances are included but some work while others were damaged. We have been and will continue to clean up inside and outside of the home to free it of fire debris as much as possible before we leave. Since we lost our pets to the fire, we are moving to a new fresh start to help heal our hearts.

We've loved the privacy and peace of living here with our pets while being in town in Moscow. The Mobile home is located in a pet friendly park with great neighbors and a peaceful community next to wheat fields and SEL. Lot Rent is $565/ month plus water, sewer, trash which usually comes to $100.
Property taxes are about $35 per year.

Pics in this post of inside the trailer are from before the fire while the one outside pic is from after. It would be best to come take a look at the trailer for yourself to judge the restoration. It would be a very manageable project for someone who is build savvy.
