Thanks for looking at my house. I have a newly remodeled 4 bed 2 bath house with gas forced air and AC. The yard is fenced and only a block from Kruegel Park. Two blocks from downtown, one block from bus stop and a short 12 minute walk to campus. This has been and will always be a non smoking house and property.

House comes with dishwasher, microwave, and in unit washer and dryer. Pets negotiable with $100 more per month. I am also willing to break up deposits, last months rent over 3 months to make things easier.
Will be available February 1st or possibly sooner.
