Income Requirements
Deposit: $500-$800 App fee: $50 after signing a lease We prefer you make 2x rent. Guarantors are accepted with income 2.5x rent. Credit of all kinds are considered. You must not have any evictions or collections from past landlords. We have programs such as: Flex to help with rent payments, Boost to help improve your credit while you live here, and LeapEasy to help get you approved if you don't quite meet our requirements. We work with CAC and Section 8, as well. We are incredibly flexible and would love to work with you to help get you approved for a place to live!
