We prefer you make 2.5x rent. Guarantors are accepted with income 3.5x rent. Credit of all kinds are considered. You must not have any evictions or collections from past landlords. We have programs such as: Flex to help with rent payments, MyCreditLift to help improve your credit while you live here, and LeapEasy to help get you approved if you don't quite meet our requirements.
