Rent includes: water, sewer, garbage and free parking! Electricity is billed separately through Avista utilities. We also offer 1 gig Fiber internet, which is very fast and reliable for an extra charge of $35 per month. All our units have air conditioning and heating. There is a $500 fully refundable security deposit, $200 administration fee, and $50 application fee due 24-48 hours after signing the lease. The 1 time dog fee is $300/per dog and the 1 time cat fee is $200/pet cat. The pet rent is $25/month per animal. Unless ESA, they do live here for free! First month's rent is due upon move-in. We also require renter's insurance that can either be provided by us for a $15 a month charge or can be acquired by you. If you provide your own insurance, we will waive the $15 per month fee. I highly recommend this, since personal insurance is typically cheaper and covers more. Our rent also gives you access to all our 24/7 amenities including: an indoor bike storage, storage units, a dog park and dog wash stations, fitness center, clubhouse, yoga room, a basketball court, a tanning bed, several outdoor BBQ and bench areas.!
We are steps away from WSU Campus and have several bus stops on the sidewalks around our property! You can find us at 2024 NE Terre View Drive, Pullman, which is located between NE Terre View Drive and Merman Drive. Our office is located just down the steps from our basketball court and located left of our Amazon HUB. You will see 'Future tenant parking' signs just in front of our office.

Income Requirements
We prefer you make 2.5x rent. Guarantors are accepted with income 3.5x rent. Credit of all kinds are considered. You must not have any evictions or collections from past landlords. We have programs such as: Flex to help with rent payments, MyCreditLift to help improve your credit while you live here, and LeapEasy to help get you approved if you don't quite meet our requirements. We work with CAC and Section 8, as well. We are incredibly flexible and would love to work with you to help get you approved for a place to live!
