Super affordable and spacious 2 bed 1 bath. Large living room, balcony space, decent bedroom sizes, and lots of closet storage. In unit dishwasher and on-site laundry.
I've loved this apartment so much. It's great for having people over. The main bedroom easily fit a King size mattress, the second bedroom made a great office space, the living room is so spacious for hosting. I was able to grow a decent sized garden on the balcony every year. And the big living room windows are great for letting in fresh air and light.
Within walking distance of The Land, TinTan Tacos, and Cougar Mart. The busses have several stops close by. Very close to the WSU campus and the public access soccer/baseball fields.
Maintenance for this complex is fantastic. They're super responsive and will go above and beyond to make sure that any issues are resolved in a timely manner. The neighborhood itself is very safe and everyone here is pretty considerate.
