This is a listing in need of TWO persons willing to take over a-friend-and-mines apartment (a relet) which would begin on August 17th, 2026. This two bed, two bath apartment is fully furnished including a three seat couch, coffee table, 55" TV (& TV console), barstools, chair, and a front-load WASHER & front-load DRYER in the common area of the apartment room. Each bedroom is fully furnished with a full-size XL bed, dresser, desk, chair, walk-in closet, shower, toilet, ring-lit mirror, and sink. Pets ARE allowed, requiring a $300 deposit per animal, $25 increase in monthly rent per animal, and a one-time non-refundable fee of $150 per animal. But please CONTACT me if you are wanting to have pets because I want to do some clarifying with UC as to how that might work with having someone else take over the apartment on their own lease. In the common area there is a full sized fridge with freezer, coil electric stove top and oven, and decent sized island with sink and dishwasher. There is an elevator in the building and the room seems quite wheelchair accessible but I am unable to inform someone if it is FULLY wheelchair accessible (contact me if this is a concern and I can contact UC regarding the rooms wheelchair accommodation).

The rent you would be paying (per person) of roughly $984 is much lower than other renters as well as if you were to apply for a lease now. This is because I signed a lease very early that there were discounts being given out. This rent price includes 1GB Internet, access to all the amenities, and garbage disposal (if you have a question about this please ask me or UC). I say roughly $984 because they are UTILITIES that can range from $40-$80/month depending on your usage. A security deposit only once of $200 and an application/admin fee due by movin of $349. General PARKING is $10. There is a more expensive parking option of which I am ignorant. The security deposit can be retrieved at the end of your lease if there are no damages found in the apartment.
