This air conditioner has never been used. It is $150 brand new at Lowe's(I checked online at Lowe's website) I am charging only $100 because while sitting the box it was in became damaged. All the parts it needs to be installed are with it and it is ready to cool your home. Due to the cost of electricity we are replacing all of our air conditioners with swamp coolers. If we could afford the electricity we would keep this air conditioner, but our budget is speaking.
