Great luxury car, just has some fixable issues to make it perfect. I'm the second owner, the first was all within a family. It has lots of space and is super comfortable. Also has a decent amount of power, especially when in sport mode. It also has an aftermarket 10"-ish screen that was professionally installed before I got the car.

Pros:
Heating/AC
Black leather Interior
New transmission fluid
Good bose speakers
Aftermarket LED media display
Cruise Control/Sport Mode
Turning adaptive LED headlights
Sunroof

Cons:
Seems to have leaky seals, including one in the trunk that gets the spare tire compartment wet
No running ABS or AWD currently, but all just related to one ABS module error code (C0561-71)
Minor Cosmetic Damage

Great car and pretty decent to drive, I just live outside of town now and need something more offroad for the winter since I'm on gravel roads all the time. No trades. $3k OBO
