Pasture Lease Wanted for Sheep (Spring–Fall)

Building a strong, respectful, and symbiotic relationship with our landlord is very important to us. Our sheep are excellent land stewards and are especially effective at clearing land and managing weeds. We take pride in leaving pasture better than we found it and would be responsible for weed control, pasture oversight, and maintaining any existing fencing.
What we’re looking for:
Pasture in the Colfax / Palouse / Pullman area
Access to reliable water
Already fenced pasture is a plus
We also have ample electric netting, but would need electricity on-site to power it
Open to grazing crop stubble after harvest
Lease terms:
Willing to pay monthly rent, or
Open to trading high-quality lamb (cut and wrapped) in the fall
