My buck "Chisum" is sweet and gentle enough that my 10 year old can handle him and all of my does are tame and easy to handle. I have spent the last several years culling out the junk from this herd and what is left are good solid mothers with great mothering abilities who consistently produce Grand and Reserve Champion animals.
There is a total of 10 mature does and one mature buck. There are nine doe kids that were all born in either January or February of this year. These nine doe kids are not related to Chisum as I used a different buck last breeding season. That is a total of 19 animals that can be bred back to Chisum. There are a few that are somewhat related to him and I can hold those out of the herd and keep them for a sale on a different date however if you're just breeding market animals the relation is not close enough to matter. Not interested in selling one or two goats at a time this has been a hard enough decision for me already I want them all to leave at the same time. So if you are interested in only one or two goats at a time the only ones that I'm willing to send out one or two at a time right now are the kids I would like the buck and all of the does to leave the same day.
