Very nice crossbred ram for sale. Has been instrumental in building our club flock, but are tentatively considering relocating him as we have kept too many daughters and have purchased some different herdsires. He's a cool ram that features an impressive combination of stoutness, length and power with extras like big legs and height that add to his appeal. Lambs have been muscular and balanced with phenomenal growth rates, retained daughters have been great mothers and easy lambers, a non negotiable for us in an industry that doesn't seem to care about lambing ease anymore. In our experience with this ram, lamb birth weights have averaged around 12 # (twins). Finish weights are around 145-155, depending on who's feeding it.
He descends from Johnston Club Lamb genetics and it shows.

Would really like to see him go to an ag youth that is interested in starting a breeding program. Asking $1000, OBO depending on the situation. Good home is a must, he deserves it.
Willing to help coordinate with veterinarian for out of state buyers, local hauling is a possibility but if you're on your own for long hauls.
