This position involves mowing, trimming, general grounds maintenance, posting community notices as needed, and providing periodic updates regarding the overall condition of the property. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, dependable, able to work independently, and has previous landscaping or grounds maintenance experience. This is a flexible, independent contractor opportunity paying $700 per month.
