Hamilton 53-inch upright piano in very good mechanical condition. The lacquer finish has some fine cracks in it and one corner has a chip.

We bought the piano about 10 years ago. We installed new key covers and had a technician replace the wool on the damper felts. The piano was tuned annually until approximately 5 years ago when my daughter moved out.

The piano has a very good sound.

The music holder can be slid out at a slight angle for easier reading. The top can be partially or fully opened for sound adjustment.

You will need to haul it. I do not have the capability to move it. Located between Colfax and Endicott.
