Ceiling is ~10' tall.
Heads-up: Owner (me) has 2 dogs: 1 small (~18lb) and 1 husky (~45lb). They roam freely in and out (backyard) of the house. Must be ok with dogs. If you do not want the dogs to access your room, maintain your door closed.
Pet friendly. if you have any pets of any kind, it is ok. Just promise to clean and maintain your pet and any messes they make. My dogs are initially territorial against other animals, but after supervised time together they will get along (even cats).
The room is private. There are 3 doorways to the room.
The bathroom, kitchen, dining room, and living room is communal/shared with everyone. Everyone must clean up after their own messes (likely in the kitchen). Only exception is the bathroom, every 2 weeks someone cleans entire bathroom (turn rotations).
Lightly furnished with a queen sized bed, lamp, nightstand, and a drawer.
Outside the house: ample front yard space. Parking on property is available, each renter gets space for one car. Any guests or extra vehicles must be parked on the road. There is a back yard with decent space, but there is no outdoor furniture at the moment.
There is a garage, no parking allowed in it. Renting does not give access to the garage. It is my wood/workshop. Access is granted based on trust.
I handle all utilities. Fiber Internet (Ziply) is available for free and will upgrade Internet speed or install a relay/router if necessary to improve Internet quality in the room. Or you can order/maintain your own Internet if want.
Washer and dryer available in house.
Forced air heating. I recommend you have a smaller heating unit for your room in case you prefer it warmer in your room.
There is no AC system in the house. You are more than welcome to install window unit or use portable AC during summers.
