Ceiling is ~7.8' tall.
The room is private. There is one doorway to the room.
Rent is a flat rate of $500 per month. I (the owner) handles all utilities (this includes free 1GB fiber internet).
Room is slightly furnished with bare necessities, but items seen in the video can be put in storage if you desire.
While the room is limited in space, there is TONS of storage space in various parts of the house. So if you got a bunch of stuff, we can probably work it out.
All pets are welcome, no pet fees. I have a Husky. A roommate has a German Shepherd. My husky is extremely friendly to anything that moves. Not sure about the German Shepherd at the moment.

The bathroom, kitchen, dining room, and living room is communal/shared with everyone. Everyone must clean up after their own messes. Only exception is the bathroom, every 2 weeks someone cleans entire bathroom (turn rotations).
Forced air heating in house BUT THIS ROOM DOES NOT HAVE AIR VENT IN ROOM.
