Hello! I will have the lower level of my house available for rent in June. The downstairs unit is roughly 800 sq ft. Rent is $900/mo. All utilities included except electric (So, water, sewer, gas, wifi, and trash/recycle are all included in the cost of rent). There is lots of street parking available. The house is about 4 minutes from the school and is also close to a bus stop.

There would only be the 2 of us in this large house (my fiance comes and goes, usually stays for about a week or two at a time). If you value private space and a quiet atmosphere, this is great for you! I am entering my 4th year of veterinary school, so will have long hours, occasional overnight shifts, and a couple of months worth of rotations away from Pullman.

Flexible move in date. Lease would end at the end of May of 2027 as I will be graduating early May and will be selling the house after.

The kitchen is shared upstairs, and I need access downstairs for the laundry, but other than that we are be able to keep things fairly separate. I am looking for either a grad student or another DVM student to take this space, as I am hoping to have the house be a quiet space for living and studying.

You will also have access to the fully fenced backyard. Preference for no pets (pocket pets or fish okay) as I have 2 dogs that come and go and can be picky with other animals.
