I'm a WSU alumnus now employed by the University. I'm currently leasing 1 BR to a WSU student and am seeking 1 additional responsible, easy-to-get-along-with roommate. I'm the homeowner and invite only mature WSU/UI, undergraduate, graduate or professional students to apply. This home is located in a QUIET, family-oriented residential Pullman neighborhood, offering a conducive environment for serious students seeking a respectful place to live while completing your degree. There is no smoking, drugs, pets or parties. You are minutes to WSU by car; 1 block walking to a bus stop (~16mins by bus to WSU).
The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2-car garage (BOTH garage parking spots are taken for the Fall 2026 semester - street parking only), a covered patio, gas BBQ grill, and a fully landscaped yard. I occupy the primary BR/Bath. This new Tenant would occupy the remaining 1 BR (large closet, hangers, desk, chair, bed, linens provided); both roommates would share the 2nd bathroom (towels provided).
As a resident, you'll have access to all common areas - living, dining, kitchen (+utensils, pans, silverware, Tupperware, kitchen gadgets) which we will collectively take care of - does not imply daily vacuuming, dusting... just picking up your own things, dishes etc. before shutting down for the night; the home has newer appliances: dishwasher, washer/dryer, central forced air / heating, and a gas fireplace.
Offering a 2026 Summer/Fall semester (=$650/month) with an option to extend; ALL UTILITIES + Internet (no cable TV service) are included in the rent.
Requirements:
• Credit and background checks are mandatory for ALL applicants and will be performed by a WA tenant background service.
• Proof of Renters Insurance is required (minimum liability coverage = $300k).
• First/last month's rent (+ $500 security deposit) is required at lease signing.
