There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs. There is one bedroom available downstairs. The entire house was recently remodeled, including a new roof, new flooring and baseboard, paint, lighting, bathrooms, and appliances. The upstairs and downstairs bedrooms each have 1 bathroom to share. Only 1 person per room. If interested in scheduling a showing email/text/call.

Minimum 5 month lease. Includes the cost of the following bills: internet, power, water/sewer, and garbage.

There is also a $150 non-refundable cleaning fee owed with the first months rent and security deposit.
