We need a roommate for our large home in the 'burbs, lol! Choice of two large bedrooms in our awesome basement! (each about 350-ish square foot), with ample storage/closet space. Rooms come with: a shared bathroom; large play/exercise room; shared kitchen upstairs; shared laundry; high-speed internet (Spectrum). One of the bedrooms is furnished with bed, dresser, desk. All of the utilities and extras are included in the rent, so there's no extra costs in addition to the stated rent. We live off a popular walking/running path near both Itani & Sunset parks! The current occupants are a secondary school teacher and a grad student at UI, with the occasional infestation of grand-kids - we've child-proofed, but they still get in? Pullman city bus stops about a quarter-mile down the road, or pretty easy ride to the WSU campus if you have either an E-bike or thighs of iron. Pets and your children are potentially negotiable; we like kiddos.
First & last month's rent to move-in ($1300, firm).
