Looking for a roommate for our large home! Choice of two large bedrooms (each about 350 + square foot), with ample storage/closet space. Rooms come with: a shared bathroom; large play/exercise room; shared kitchen upstairs; shared laundry; high-speed internet (Ziply one gig plan). All of the utilities and internet are included in the rent, so the only extra cost is your personal stuff. We live off the Itani park trail - which leads over to Sunset park and downtown. The current occupants are a secondary school teacher and a grad student at UI. I child-proofed the house, but they still get in, haha. Pullman city bus stops about a quarter-mile down the road; or pretty easy bike ride to the WSU campus - E-bike helps a lot, or thighs of iron. Small pets and children are negotiable; we like kiddos. Oh, and we have some extra furniture around if that's helpful.
Just took a business course, so I'm running a special for July - two weeks Free Rent, for the lucky renter who starts in June or July!
