WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As our Regional Product Support Manager, you will be in a multi-faceted leadership role that directs and oversees the parts and service operations at the Papé Machinery branches throughout the region. These branches are focused on John Deere Agriculture and Turf equipment, as well as allied products.
Every day, you coach and develop members, build customer relations, establish and communicate goals, develop solutions, forecast sales, and maintain staff levels. This is all in an effort to provide exceptional customer service to our customers and be the leading capital equipment dealer in the region.
