VWR Dissection kit with hinged case. Most parts are moderately rusted, but appear to be repairable with rust remover. Used it for a lab about 10 years ago, forgot I had it. I think my University made me pay ~$25 for it.

Scalpel (unusable until de-rusted)
Scissors
2 forceps (curved precision and straight)
Probe

Does not include any blades.
