I’m looking to hire a dependable and motivated Lead house Painter or a Painter with at least 1 yr of experience
Requirements:
-Minimum 1 year of painting experience
-Reliable transportation
-Strong work ethic
-Attention to detail and pride in quality work
-Positive attitude, motivation and drive
-Able to work independently and as a crew
Lead Painter requirements:
-Must have truck or van capable of hauling ladders, tools and painting equipment
-Must be able to lead and manage employees productively and professionally
-Ability to keep projects organized, on schedule, and maintain quality workmanship
Responsibilities:
-Interior/exterior painting
-Prep work including sanding, masking, caulking and patching
-Maintaining clean and organized job sites
-Communicating professionally with team members and customers
-Must have basic hand tools- paint brush, cut bucket, wire brush, pot hook, scraper, weenie frame
